Dr. Margaret Nohilly lectures in Policy and Leadership in Education in Mary Immaculate College and is the co-ordinator of the Alternative Education Experience for students. Margaret previously worked as a primary school teacher and as an Advisor with the support services for primary schools, where she was appointed Team Leader of the Health and Wellbeing team within the Professional Development Service for Teachers in 2013. She supervises students’ research at undergraduate and masters level and also supervises students on school placement. In 2011 she completed her doctoral thesis in the area of child protection.
