How many packages are there in the LINC+ CPD Programme and how long do they take to complete?
There are 6 packages in the LINC+ CPD Programme. Each package contains 10 hours of content and participants will be able to progress at a pace that suits them. Details of the the packages and aims of the CPD Programme can be found here.
Is LINC+ CPD Programme accredited?

When will the LINC+ CPD Programme start?
The first package, Communities of Practice in Early Learning and Care, will be released for new registered participants in March 2024. Registered participants will receive information on how to access the content closer to the release date.
Will I need to complete an assignment for the LINC+ CPD Programme?
Please note that there won’t be any graded assignments for the LINC+ CPD Programme, there will be quizzes included in the Moodle lessons but there are no official grades/assessments.
Does my Manager need to nominate me for the LINC+ CPD Programme?
No, it will be up to the individual LINC graduate to register themselves.
If I have registered for the LINC+ CPD Programme previously do I need to register again?
No, if you have previously registered for the programme you do not need to register again. Please email lincCPD@mic.ul.ie and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Is there a cost to participate in the LINC+ CPD Programme?
The LINC+ CPD Programme is fully funded by the DCEDIY and there is no cost to participants.
What do I need to register for the LINC+ CPD Programme?
Required registration details include: Name, Email Address, PPS Number, Year of Graduation, Mobile Telephone Number and County of Residence.

What supports are available to participants when completing the LINC+ CPD Programme?
Participants work through the packages at a time and pace that suits them. The LINC+ CPD Programme has a dedicated and experienced Tutor who is available through email or phone. In addition to this, participants will be encouraged to engage in a Tutor facilitated Community of Practice.
Who can register for the LINC+ CPD Programme?
All graduates of the Leadership for Inclusion in the Early Years (LINC Programme) (2016-2023) can register for the LINC+ CPD Programme. You do not need to be the Inclusion CoOrdinator in your setting to participate.
How is the LINC+ CPD Programme delivered?
The LINC+ CPD Programme will be delivered online via the Moodle platform.
There are two LINC graduates in my setting can we both participate in LINC+ CPD?
Yes, LINC+ is open to all graduates of the LINC Programme regardless of their role within the setting.
