Louise Davidson

LINC+ CPD Tutor

 

Louise is a dedicated Early Years professional with over 14 years of experience in the sector. She spent five of those years as an Inclusion Coordinator across both sessional and full day care settings before moving into higher education in 2024.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Education and Care from SETU and a Diploma in the Montessori Method of Education. Since graduating from the LINC Programme in 2019, Louise has been passionate about creating inclusive environments where every child can thrive.

Louise began her journey with the LINC team as an Assistant Tutor and now serves as an Acting LINC+ CPD Tutor. She also teaches Level 5 and Level 6 Early Years students at Portobello Institute. Her transition into higher education has sparked a strong commitment to mentoring and supporting educators in delivering high-quality, inclusive early years practice.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Louise has completed training in Lámh, Hanen, Sensory Processing, and Trauma Awareness. In 2024, she was awarded the Universal Design: Beyond the Classroom badge.
