Annalise Mongan has over nine years’ experience working in an Early Learning and Care (ELC) setting. During this time, she worked across multiple rooms and also undertook the role of Assistant Manager. She has brought the extensive practical knowledge gained through this experience into the classroom, delivering the Stage 1 ELC Programme as a Tutor.

Annalise has also worked as a Youth Worker, delivering workshops and group programmes for Young Carers, while actively advocating on their behalf.
