One4all Voucher Application Draw Terms and Conditions
Competition entrants must be eligible to participate in the LINC Programme 2024/2025 intake, for a list of eligibility requirements click here.
There is only one voucher to give away.
For the purposes of this competition an eligible applicant will be the person undertaking the programme and not the setting in which they are employed.
The draw will take place in September 2024. In order to claim the prize the winner must accept a place on the programme.
This competition will run from Tuesday March 12th until midnight Friday March 22nd 2022, applications received after this time will not be eligible to be entered into the draw for the One4all voucher.
LINC’s decision in relation to selection of prize winner(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of LINC will be final.
LINC competitions are not open to staff of the programme (be they employees or contractors), their immediate family members or associated companies. For these purposes an “immediate family member” includes a spouse, partner, child, step child, grandchild, brother, step brother, sister, step sister, parent, step parent or legal guardian.
Unless otherwise stated, competition entrants must be over 18 years old and resident in the island of Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner.
The prize is non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner.
No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize.
If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable, LINC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
LINC will endeavor to deliver the prize within 28 days of September 1st 2024. Where this is not possible the winner(s) will be notified of a delay.
LINC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.
Prizes not claimed within specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited and LINC may dispose of such prizes without any liability to the winner.
Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.
LINC reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.
The winner must pose for a picture on receipt of the prize and this image may then be used on social media or elsewhere to promote the programme for a period of two years.
Participation in LINC competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.
